Hi all,
Just wanted to let everyone know that during one of my side-by-side sessions with Babu Narayana, he contacted and followed up on a case for
Mr Lee Chee Leong (6012XXXXXXX) about blackberry setting/3G on the 11th Jan 2008.
Mr Lee was very happy with Babu for his advice and suggestions, and had expressed his satisfaction several times during the call.
In the customer’s own words, “that’s good advice”, “you are wonderful, thank you Babu” and “Babu its so kind of you, thank you so much”.
Just wanted to share this with the rest, that customers DO notice and appreciate good customer service.
